Save them as .mp3 files. It's in the File Menu, "Export as MP3", if you have the LAME codec installed. Audacity has a link to the LAME codec on their page.

http://www.nch.com.au/switch/index.html, might be a good start for you, and the software is free, atleast I know the trial is, no credit card needed. Hope this helped, if not search, AUDIO CONVERSION SOFTWARE, in yahoo or something.
