Well, it needs much courage to open your heart and explain your feelings.I need to be in a quiet nice place,not necessarily romantic...I guess it will be a long conversation and in the middle of it,when he doesn`t expect I will say "I am in love with you" and wait for his reaction.

Just speak your mind and say what you're really feel, talking or in a letter, the one is comfortable for you.
