I would relieve myself to on call status, and then forget to put my phone number on the list.
At the end of every week, I would sign that I had worked a total of 25 hours over time, at triple time, after giving myself a pay raise of twice my hourly wage.
Tack on holiday pay for every rediculous "holiday" taken into law. (ie: mismatched sock day; talk like a pirate day....)
Not asking for much. Just everything.

Then you are being very dishonest and it will come back to haunt you. Try being honest for a change and don't live a lie. You won't be at this job forever, probably, and when you go to work somewhere else you'll have a rude awakening at just how little you make for all the work you do.

I would make enuff to make sure I don't come back the next day!!! What job do you do? I need something similar. LOL.

i would add 500.00 each paycheck . not greedy
