If she's throwing up black stuff,it is probably old blood, which means that she is probably bleeding internally. It could be cancer or any number of things. You can't treat this at home, you need a vet,and fast!

Sounds like bowl issues instead of lung issues. Black...slimy, tar-like in appearance...means blood. Small possibility that this blood is coming from the lung. I would more suspect bowl issues/trauma. Something really bad has happened here. Hit by a car? Beaten? Maybe some horrible virus or bacterial infection?

Either way, needs to see a vet!

Go to the vet!!!!!!!!!!! Don't give "human" medications. This sounds like a GI bleed, which is usually caused by a blockage or an internal bleed. Don't be an idiot and try to treat your baby at home...please!!

don't mess with human medication, it is a dog. It has more than likely eaten something poisonous and you will need to get her to a vet ASAP- vomiting is a good sign if she has ingested something as it may not have passed onto the major organs as yet, but don't hesitate get to the vet now!
