Like 5'4? Height really varies.

Depends on how tall your parents are as it is all about the genetic cocktail you inherited from them.
If both your parents are tall then you can reasonably expect that you yourself will be tall also and so on for parents of average and short stature.
In general it is likely that when you are fully grown you will be taller than your parents.
As for what height you should be at 14 that is an unknown. If you have average height parents but are shorter than the majority of your classmates then you are probably due a growing spurt sometime soon.

My 14 year old girl is 5 ft, 9 in and most of the boys are just now starting to catch up with her in height.

ehh guy i'd say 5'7" (even though they ALL lie and say they're like 5'10".. it's bull crap i was 5'7" in sneakers and the same height as all of them lol.)
girl i'd say 5'5"
that's how tall the people basically were last year when i was a freshman. Except for me, I was 5'7". Lol.

I was 5'8" at that age and I am a girl. And my brother was 6' feet at that age...
I have no expectations regarding height though. I am sure there are statistics or averages listed somewhere...

Both taller than me anyway.
I dunno, boy around 5 foot 6, girl around 5 foot 2.
But I've got a nephew and a bookclub friend about that age, and they're both nearly 6 foot tall.

my daughter just turned 13 & she is already 5'7ish.. i really don't know, because many of here friends are so much shorter than she is. i thought they were much younger, until i remembered her parents are amazons.. im 5'11 & her father is 6'6. (so is her grandfather)
but on average, maybe 5'1 - 5'6.. ((girl))
and maybe 5'6 - 6'0 for a boy
