How often does C-Span do open phones on political topics?

Have you ever called in? Is it difficult to get through?

As a matter of fact i have. Last year when they had two democrat politicos on there. i inquired as to why The small business health plan initiative was voted down by all of democrats in the then 109th congress HR. They looked at each other with a stupid blank look on their face, because they obviously had no unearthly idea of what i was talking about, then the gentleman piped up and just said, i do believe it was because it would have created a tax shelter for small businesses. I just laughed. its not that difficult at all to get thru.

By the way were you able to get the songs downloaded to your phone?(OK.....good)

And your son's game set?

C-Span will typically do calls in the morning while they are waiting for the speaker to open the day. They will also do it if Congress goes into recess for a few hours. It is not too difficult to get on C-Span, just keep trying! It can be hard to catch them while they are accepting callers though, you'll have to keep watch! Sadly, it's probably harder to call into TRL than C-Span.
