Sure it's okay. If I may ask, what made you think this may be a problem? I'm just wondering.

Most definitely......I used to do it allllllll the time, it sure helps with cramping and it can be very relaxing too. I can't do it anymore however as the house we live in at the moment doesn't have a bath, only a shower, but there's nothing wrong with having a bath during your period.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with it.

A lot of times if I have cramps I soak for a little while in the bath to calm everything down...and I feel way better.

As long as you're getting clean then I don't see a problem with taking a bath when you're on your period.

yes ofcourse it is, are you saying bath as in showering at all or do you actually mean bath as in sitting in the bath??? i do it all the time, you dont have to have a tampon in while your doing it. there are no health problems about it but you could bleed a little in there if you stay in there for like an hour. if you get in wash yourself and get out then there are no problems. when i have really bad cramping with my period i usually have a bath coz it seems to ease the pain a little i think coz ur resting in the warm water

Perfectly fine. Wear a tampon so you don't have to worry about blood going into the water (it DOES NOT stop or slow in water!).
