I see commercials for Sonics all the time ( Fast food restaurant ) but I went on the official site and there aren't any even in Michigan, and there never have been. Why must I be taunted?

I have no idea why food places do that. There are several restaurants that look so good, but when i look for them online they are only in the mid western states or the east coast!
HELLO i live on the west coast! Its very taunting to have to be mislead!

I thought perhaps they were preparing to come to that state, but a Sonic spokesman recently told a Chicago newspaper they have no immediate plans to come here.
I imagine the commericals are shown nationwide and not during the time in which only local commercials are shown.

Yeah they do that in cali too the place were I lived use to have commericals all the time. But the closest one was like a world away.LOL I just don't get it. But then again if you spend the right amount of money you'll see ANYTHING on tv.

I know how you feel! I lived in south Florida and saw those commercial all the time. Yet there was no Sonic's there. Why must they torture us?

You're NOT the only one! I live in the SF Bay Area and there isn't one around for MILES! In addition to "the taunts", don't you think they're wasting marketing $$$'s on national TV? Same holds true for Ruby Tuesday's, too, got to travel 100 miles for the closest one of those. Getting hungry just talking about it......................

GRRRRRR there has not been a course that Ive taken where that question has not been discussed. I wish I knew they aired commercials in states where they dont have any restraunts in.
