Who is Arno Brok and why is he considered a pioneer and an entrepreneur? Does anyone know about his life and what makes him considered an entrepreneur?

Arno Brok is the mayor of Sneek, a city in the North of The Netherlands. I would not consider him a entrepeneur. In wikipedia you can find little about him, he was active in Leeuwarden in the city council as a 'wethouder'.
Yes he is gay, but he is not the most wellknown gay mayor. The mayor of Leeuwarden is also gay and much more famous for it. They are both member of the VVD which is considered more entrepeneur-favouring than other political parties.
Are we talking about the same Brok?

Arno Brok is a mayor of Sneek, a mucicipality and a city in northern netherlands. That is all i know.
