go to hp support website and download the upto date drivers for millennium,
why don't you bring your computer up to date, with a 2007 operating system. for free, download Ubuntu Linux live cd and run linux from the cd till you get used to it, you have no need to install it, if you have 128 or more ram it will run quite fast from the cd
it will find all your hardware including your printer, internet if your on broad band linux is better than windows Vista, faster and more secure,

sadly that the worst OS Microsoft ever made go back to win 98 or move to xp would be your best fix
