i would really like to know because i think i may have the potential to become a model. i just wanted to know because my friends always say i should be a model but i don't know if i have all or most of the requirements in becoming an actual model. well please give me some requirements and you don't have to say "being skinny" because that's an obvious for a real life model. thank you!

If you are talking about getting rid of your flaws, some flaws are good. It is what makes a person look unique. If you go to some modeling agencies, they may be able to tell you what you need to change and what you need to do to have a chance. Believe it or not, being "obviously" pretty isn't enough. They look for uniqueness, something that stands out. It would help to get started if you have a profile of all your shots, head shots and body shots.
Have you ever watch America's top Model? Well, that show actually gives you an idea what to expect. It's not easy, but it wouldn't hurt to try either. Be prepared for rejections, don't be a sore looser. Don't give up after just going to three modeling agencies. Keep trying until you've done all you can.

You don't have to be thin to be a model. Obviously, there are hand models, feet models, plus size models, all of which are "real" models. Just do some research on the websites of agencies you might like to sign with and submit some pictures. Most will want you to have a folio of your past shoots ready to show, but if you're just getting into it, have some without makeup and body shots to send out to reputable agencies for call backs. I would say some other requirements are going to be thick skins and a willingness to travel and be away from home, and humiliate yourself for hours on end. Good luck :)

Usually you have to be 5'9" to be a runway model, possibly 5'8" if you're very beautiful. Face models might be shorter, but there's also less work. Go to an agency and ask them what they're looking for. Don't worry about pics until you get an agent, then they'll tell you what to get. Don't pay someone to learn, you can learn it from books.

I think you would have to have a great personality, teeth( duh) you have to be tall 5' 7.5'' at the shortest. good skin. But remember I've realized and I have been in the fashion business for a while if your pretty as in all American so perfect and tall your not going to make it. Take jesel Bundchen she like 6 feet no pretty!! But she has that sense about her that is a natural sexiness. You might what to be good at changing your look easily. The transition from lets say Betsey Johnson to sophisticated Chanel might be hard for some models. you should have nice taste in fashion and be able to pose for a natural shot and dramatic shot. There are many kinds of real models. There are commercial models who appear in ads and print work, there are runway models, there are lingerie models, there's event models and more.
All of them have different requirements. Maybe you should educate yourself more before trying to become a real model.

keep ur self fit wth yoga & regular exercise aswell eat good nitritin filled food. also tyhink of a role model & remodel ur self

usually you have to be at least 5'8" or 5' 9"...i think thats the only real requirment
