Cutie, trust me nothing works...I have headaches, severe ones and only thing which works for me is deep sleep with a tablet of Ibuproffen mixed with Paracetamol, people say that Yoga works but i am not too sure about that. I tried one more thing when i have headache i try concentrate to not to think anything and put my brain in vacuum, for that you need to have a dark room with no noise, it works if i succeed in getting the concentration.

Well I am not a doctor and it would be good if you seen one. The only things that I know of that can cause a woman to be really tired are: 1.) Iron deficiancy - If you take iron with folic acid that helps catalyse the iron(Fe). Do NOT take iron with calcium because the iron will bind to this and you'll pass the iron without using it. 2.) Pregnancy takes blood and energy and leaves you tired wait 9 months and then you have a baby and still be up all night. LOL 3.) Depression - If you only get it Oct-March might be Seasonal Affective Disorder SAD and a LIGHT box would be VERY beneficial. If your sad and tired all the time then seeking a therapist would be good. 4.) Not enough protein in your diet. Protein levels out your blood sugar through out the day and thus your energy is more constant. If you fill up with processed, sugar (no fat food many times is FULL of sugar) then your blood sugar will plumit shortly after eating it along with your energy. Adding Special K protein cereal (blue box) or whey protein to milk in the morning could help. 5.) You have a sleep disorder where you wake up enough to disrupt your REM sleep. If someone you know watches you when you sleep and you stop breathing for a while and then take a big deep breath of air OR you continually are turning you may want to see a sleep therapist. They may give you a C-pap basically a device that forces oxygen into you and gives you restful sleep. Good Luck

I think you should ask to see a neurologist ( specialist who deals with those sort of problems) They can at least do a few more investigations before just saying its sinusitis. Show your mom this reply:)
