Yes, in the late 90's Boston Whaler built what looked like a RIB or RHIB but the tubes were actually made from a foam like material and therefore could not puncture. It was called the Impact. They were sold to government agencies. Not sure if they still make them. Some other companies might still make them for military and law enforcement use. Look up the Gilman Corporation as they supply this material and it is listed in their product line.

technically they are known as RHIBs, for Rigid Hull Inflatable Boats, as opposed to RIBs, which are Rigid Inflatable Boats.....this is not strictly accurate, as both types of boats have a rigid hull........fiberglass or sometimes aluminum, and the difference is whether the tubes are filled with air ( RIB) or foam (RHIB)

Avon and Zodiac in their professional military line make excellent RHIBs, use by the US and Royal Navies and the US Coast Guard....so google RHIB and see what you get

Any of the RIB manufacturers will set you straight, might be worth having a look at an all alumunum look alike, they are very strong and virtually unsinkable.
