my friend and his gf are going as tonks and luping from harry potter for halloween! i said i would disign his costume any ideas? i need a lupin costume as a wizard not a warewolf

Okay, since Lupin is a werewolf he can't really keep a job. So his clothing is in a rather shabby shape. So one thing you'll want to think off is making the clothing look a little old, maybe a little out of date. It should be a bit thread bare with a few patches and maybe some frayed areas. Really make it look like he can't afford to purchase new clothing as often as most folks can so he tries to make what he has last as long as possible.
Makeup, if you're doing it for your friend and not letting them apply it themselves, should make them look haggard and a little sick. Their hair needs to be a greying light brown in color.

I wanted a tonks costume for halloween. Do you know of any temporary hair dye, that would wash out the next day?
I was looking around for costume ideas. I think that black shirt/pants and a cape/robe would pass off as a wizard.
