Of course the worst is the monachical abuse of power. Executive branch is acting contemptuously toward the judiciary and legislative branches. The executive branch has eliminated the separation of powers between branches and is now the judge, jury, and jailer for any US citizen who is declared to be supporting a terrorist.

Thus YOU can be put in solitary without council, without charges, without any guarantee that you will ever be released. You would have no rights to humane treament as defined by the international community. The standard is determined by the executive branch.

The president must be impeached to restore the balance of power between the branches. It's not political, it's not to punish Bush. Hillary should not have this power either. Impeachment is the only remedy.

Yes. Attorney Gonzales is the only oversight that is authorized to keep an eye on who Bush is wiretapping without a warrant. If that isn't a joke on the US Constitution, I don't know what is.
