I have just found out a very freaky thing and scares me and gives me goosebumps everytime i think about it.

so couple months ago me and my sister were driving home coming from a friends party. it was pastmidnite when this cop pulled us over because my sister was "speeding". she wasn't though, so she argued with the cops and he just told her to take it to court if she has a problem with the ticket. it's been two months now, and she went to court today, (the date was assigned for 8/20) and she took me along with her as her "witness". When we got there, the people said that the ticket is not valid, and there's no record of it whatsoever thinking that it was never been processed. But after they looked at the signature of who handed out that ticket, they said that the officer who signed the ticket and pulled her over that night has been dead for a couple of years....

we also realized today that the street where we got pulled over, was right next to the cemetary.....

so it really scares me thinking about it now, knowing of what happened.... hmm do you have any experience like that? or similar too?

new twist on an urban legend. Lots of people have seen ghosts and never realize or find out.
I don't 'believe' in anything but God. I do know that spirits abound.

Yea I so believe I've had like at least 3 experiences with what I think were ghost, but by far the worst was at my apartment when I was little. I was at my apartment and there's this wall behind the stereo that is the side of the hallway, the wall is only like 3feet tall with a pole on the side so there a space and you can see into the hall way. During dinner I went to fix the stereo and I looked up into the hallway and I saw this lady standing there standing perfectly still in old layered pink dress and an old pendent, she just stared down the hall at my step dad and I tried not to blink but as soon as I finally did she vanished. I was little and so frozen with fear I ran back to my grandma at the table in tears, and only she believed what I saw.

I was coming home late one night around what they call 13 curves...... me and another friend. we both saw a little girl dart in front of the car. we thought we had ran over her.We turned around and searched for her and called the cops on our cell and told them what happened
they searched too. this lady came out the house right up the street and said that has happened more than once.
A little girl was ran over and died. They never found who done it... It freaked us out and didn't do much for the little young cop who was there. we researched it on line at the library and it was true what she said........... We ran into the cop at shone and he said some older cops told him they have gotten calls from people seeing the little girl too.
p.s. this is not a urban legend.. it was in Seymour Tennessee It happened in the late sixities.
I went back and talked to the old lady in the house.
She showed me where the little girl was ran over.
That was where we both seen the what ever it was we saw.
I never go down 13 curves at night! ever.
Also I live in a 100 year old farm house. Sometimes y ou can hear something rolling in the attic. We dont hear it since a preacher came annointed my house and prayed.
That freaked out a whole house of people one night.
talk about the sound of gravel hitting the side of the house!lol

woah. very interesting story. very freaky too. well i havnt had an experience that freaked me out like that. i do think i have seen something that was like a ghost though. it was a few years ago when i was sleeping. i suddently woke up and felt someone around. when i looked up front i saw a blurry but seemed like the shape of a person wearing a white gown. i was around 8 years old so i just hid under the blankets and tried to fall asleep again. as of now i am not sure if it was real or a dream but it felt so real as if actually happened right there in my room. but your story freaks me out more.

WOW thats soooo freaky! i totally believe you because i do believe in ghosts. My dad used to live in this house on a hill, and behind his house there were these old indian/cowboy graves....
and whenever i spent the night at his house i could hear freaky noises all night, and would see weird things......and you also just felt very uncomfortable like you knew someone was watching you all night.....my dad eventually got so scared all by himself there at night that he moved out! But he wouldn't tell me things he saw because he thought i would be too scared to come over

Yes, once I was coming home from the playground with my cousin, we were just leaving to his house. We happened to see some weird stuff there. as R.I.P was mowed in the school yard. Then some weird rust in the shape of unreadable letters was in the blacktop. So when we were leaving we looked back. There was a white blob coming out of the gate... I sometimes go back to the playground on my bike with my cousin to look for it.

how scary...

i've never had any experience like that but again i don't want to! i read something similar to that though on my cousin's cosmogirl this month on the scary section...

this girl just came out of the mall walking towards her car when a stranger man told her to drop everything she was carying into the ground, then a security guard came and scared off the man, so the man ran out.. when this girl turned around to say thank you after picking up her stuff..(or something) he was gone. so she came back to the mall to the security place looking for the guy who saved her life.. but the security people told her there's no one working there that goes by that certain name, but the girl remembered correctly reading his name tag when she saw him.... then the security people told her that the guy who saved her, died around 6 months ago............. but known to be seen around the mall by others.. how freaky!

I do believe in ghosts. Woke up one night and was face to face with a floating head in my own bedroom. Also saw my father standing behind me the night after his funeral. Your experience was creepy though.

hell yea!! no joke about it to.....

my house it practically haunted, i see shadows but theres usually no one there, doors open and close from time to time. something pulls you off the bed by your feet while your asleep.... in my own opinion ghosts are not freaky, i see no reason why people are scared of them but it is always exiting to encounter one
