Can you run a 32bit program like for example Warcraft III The Frozen Throne on a 64bit computer.
If yes can how about 16bit.

You can run 16bit if you use Vmware or Virtual PC.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Some programs lend themselves better to running on 32 and 64 bit platforms. Some programs are picky and will only run on one or the other.

I was excited to get a 64 bit version of windows. I installed it and starting putting my games on there and WHAM! There were very few games, drivers, programs that would work. I uninstalled it and reverted back to 32 bit.

Maybe someday there will be wide support for 64bit systems, but it just isn't out there yet. If you are mainly gaming, I would recommend sticking to a 32 bit OS.

yes you can run 32-bit programs on 64-bit
but you can't run 16-bit programs in 64-bit ...they are way too old.
