Possession of child pornography is very serious. If you are a minor that possesses child pornography; you can receive jail time, mandatory counseling, community service and/or probation. Depending on the judge, you could end up doing all of the above or just some of it. Fortunately, juvenile court cases and records are sealed, so it will not ruin a youngster's life.
Other charges can be coming if you displayed the pornography (showed it to anyone), created it yourself, used the porn to solicit people for sex, or sold the porn for money.
Adults in possession of child porn must register as a sex offender and expect jail time.

if there's nudity, it's ok as long as NO ONE is touching anyone else. If there is even the least bit of touching, the police will be having a word or two with you. Just don't do it.
