i put on my favorite music and submerge myself in a hot tub for an hour then shower with cold water! it may not work immediately but it helps a lot!!! ..^_^.. cheer up and just try to smile even if you dont feel like doing it...

I listen to music, hang out with friends of which I do not have, come onto to Y!A...that's all I do, but it never works. I always return to my slump. Hey! Our avatars are similar!

I try to keep busy. If I'm alone, I'll feel sorry for myself so I try to hang with friends withou making them blue in the process. Music, going to the mall or the movies also help.

write, let out ur feelings and even cry if u need to. try to listen to encouraging and inspiring music/movies. i know how u feel, i hate that feeling but, eventually it will go away. try talking to someone close to u like a good friend or family member.

Go to the sea side, bath in the sun. Nature is vast and able to ease my sadness.

I don't answer much when I'm depressed, but reading funny question and answer just makes me laugh no matter how rotten my day has been. Can't help it, and it does feels good to laugh.
