A friend of mine lost that much in two weeks by going on the Weight Watchers diet. He didn't even work out, just ate healthy!
Watch your calories, cholesterol, fats, sodium intake.
Work out. At least 30 min of cardio each day.
DO NOT starve yourself. You will only get sick.

It is impossible. They say that you can loose up to 3 lbs a week, and that is if you epend more than you consume on a daily basis. Here is the thing. First you will lose water weight, but it comes back as soon as you eat something. So you have to burn through your water weight and into your fat storage in order to actually lose weight. This is why is a three day period you weight can fluctuate 1-5 lbs. It not that you gain weight you are retaining water.
try diuretics and thermogenics (hydroxycut hardcore) I lost 11 % body fat in 6 months.

There isn't a safe way to achieve that kind of weight loss in two weeks.
The best you can do is eat a healthy, balanced 1500-2000 calorie a day diet. Exercise for 30-60 minutes 3-4 times a week, then on your off days, make sure you at least take a walk or go for a short bike ride.
Don't over do it and expect incredible results over night. Making yourself sick won't be worth it.

There is no SAFE way to lose 15 pounds in two weeks ... that would be 7.5 lbs when you r are only supposed to lose 2 a week

You can try the same liquid detox diet Beyonce did for dream girls. she lost 20 pounds although these diets get u 2 lose weight fast, its very easy to gain it right back... even beyonce doesnt reccomend it! good luck
Recipe
4 lemons
1 quart spring water or well water(no town water!)
1/2 cup grade B maple syrup (i never actually measure this)
1/2 tea. of ground ceyene pepper
Mix it all up... put it in the fridge...

the 1st few lbs. you will loose will be water weight..i lost a lot reallly fast by , raw foods, (salads) grilled meat,,no fried food , not any sweets, not any bread, lots of water & fluids, & watch the sodas ,,they are loaded w/calories..steamed veggies if you want them cooked,or bake.
