The personal has officially changed the name from a male's name to a female's name but did not change the organ of the body. And the person applies a job where it employs both females and males. Is it lawful for that person to apply jobs as a woman and dresses like a woman?

Yes this is America, you can be any sex, or any race you want.

If the "truth" was found out as the person has not been gender reassigned physically, it could be considered fraud and grounds for termination.

If you work in a high-demand field, such as nursing, and are upfront about your situation but otherwise have an impeccible GPA while in school and great track record in the past, even if it was as a male, they may hire you anyway.

Legal or not, you will have issues if you are found out while in the lady's room and if you happen to hit on any of the guys you may find yourself facing a sexual harassment charge.

You may also find yourself fired for lying on your job application.

Look - it is best not to even ask - the way the courts and law enforcement is carrying on about gays and lesbo's and all that stuff - they will trump up charges on you in a heartbeat if you go against and guy wanting to be a girl ...

Face it - EVERY JUDGE IN THE NATION ... the United States of AMERIKA ...

EVERY STINKIN MALE JUDGE ...

DRESSES JUST LIKE HIS MOTHER - DOES HE NOT???? Playing with his little wooden knob bop thingie while he sits there all dressed up and no place to go ...

You think you can bring charges against someone that is a guy - dressing like the judge's mom on the prowl ... and the judge won't side with that feller wanting to be like his mom - just like the judge trying to be like his mom - the goddess that wears the blindfold so she won't have to see what her sons and daughters are doing to the innocent people???

And don't forget - the judge's mom ....

She gots some nice lop sided scales for all who oppose being gay, lesbo, cross dressers, animal riders, bootie bandito's and/or etc.

Think about it ... take your time and just look at the situation - gays and lesbo's are probably going to take over the world - it is taught as acceptable alternate life styles ... soon there won't be anyone to have babies anymore ... where will that leave the human race ...

Probably where it belongs - in the grave and not hurting anything anymore ...

peace;

I would think it would be okay, except problems could occur as far as restrooms or changing rooms (like working at a swimming pool) or military service or law enforcement.

You sound a bit bitter...did he, I mean she reject you? By the way, is it legal to use bad grammar to ask a question?
