Go and speak with your doctor and tell him exactly how you feel - knowing that you feel this way and talking about on here is a great step. Good luck :-)

Go to a mental health professional and have an assessment done.

It's hard to say from your post what is going on, but we all have feelings that we're "loosing it" sometimes. It's only a problem if it's stopping your from functioning or being happy. If you think that sounds like you, then definitely see someone and don't wait. There's no reason you should go on feeling that way when there's help out there.

The fact is, if you are "crazy" you don't even think that you might be. You could have some mental issues and in that case you should seek professional help. Most counties have a mental health clinic, you can call them and ask for help. If it is something you think is an emergency you can call the national crisis hot-line at the numbers below.

For suicide intervention 1-800-784-2433

to talk to someone 1-800-273-8255

it's free and you can remain anonymous. Good luck.

I have to disagree with most. I think that if you are aware of your mental state, then you are quite sane and capable of making decisions. My opinion is that you should take some time when you are in bed or alone to reflect on the reasons you think that you are "loosing it". You might not be, but just think that you are. I may very well be that you are just thinking that you need to evaluate your situation and that you may have decisions to make.

How do you feel like your "losing it" a general feeling to describe symptoms of mood or personality disorders is pertinent for proper diagnoses. I would discuus with menal helth proffessional as soon as possible it usualy takes months to set up care with a gifted therapist with the ability to sedate you. Research some symptoms in the DSM-V

Call a doctor, take a vacation, watch a sad movie and have a good cry, accept that you're not always gonna feel like you have a good solid grip on reality, go swimming, watch the sun come up, go see a movie.... and remember....

that this to shall pass.

Talk to a supportive person like a counselor or a friend or a relative who's willing to give positive feedback & advice.

you don't have to go see a psych, go talk to your doctor. They can help let you know if you need to see someone or they might perscribe something to you. Not all meds are high doced. Don't let it go. It may be nothing or it could be something. Don't worry about all of the bs answers here!!!

Glamarous, I would seek professional help. See your Doctor first it might be something physically wrong. An not something mentally wrong.
