I heard the eggs hatched at the egg factories don't get fertilized, because the chicken never gets let out of his 1 by 1 cage her entire life
I live in the country,The eggs we get here are from free range chicken.Their is one roosters and happy, those eggs hatch only under a very warm light, I think if the eggs were put in the fridge the chicken would just die in there, if it was fertilized.
??? The farmer doesn't give it a chance to even get to that stage, If they did, it would be because the farmer left it under the chicken too long, before snatching it.

No, they are not fertilized. There is no way that they could hatch at anytime. Hens lay the eggs and if there is not a roster to, well let's say fertilize them, then they are no different than eggs from women who have unfertilized eggs.

No they need to be fertilized first by the rooster... Ones you find in the grocery store arent fertilized and they also need to be kept warm from the time they hatch... Arent they in a cooler in the store? If not Id return them quick!

No. Chickens and roosters are kept separate and the chickens will lay eggs without baby birds in them. Keeping the eggs out of the cold could make them go bad though.

No, they don't sell fertilized eggs at the grocery store. All you would get it some smelly rotten eggs if you left them out on your counter and believe me they stink!

Um no, they need to be warmer than room temp, but if they are cage eggs it means the chickens were in cages when they laid the eggs, there is no way the eggs were fertilised so they cant hatch.
