When should I weigh myself?
Every morning?
Or every three days?
Or one time a week (every 7 days) so I have something to be excited about every week?

I say every morning with an empty stomach. And its also better, cause you'll know in exactly how many days you've lost some weight.

Weigh yourself every morning, naked, after you pee but before you eat or drink.
Those people who only weigh them selves once a week or less are going to have a rude surprise one day.
Clothes don't show weight gain until about 5 pounds difference.

I do it once a week, completely naked, when I've just woken up and used the bathroom. That's when you should, according to Glamour, to get your "TRUE" weight. As your weight can fluctuate up to five pounds in difference throughout the day. (I weighed 120 pounds one morning, and by the end of the day, I was 124. Then the next morning, I was 119. Bodies are weird, huh?)

Once a week... and muscle weighs more than fat anyway.

If you do it too much, some people become obsessed and start skipping meals and whatever, and not a whole lot is going to change in just one day.

Hmmm...that's a tough question to answer.

I've read that it's bad to weigh yourself every day, because then you get obsessed with every calorie you eat.

But I weigh myself every day anyways. Usually right when I wake up, when I don't have any food in my system.

Once a week is too less. I'd say every other day is good.

But I'm just 15, not too sure...
