its hard to tell.
he's a public figure, thus even his appearance is judged. if he were just an adverage joe he may not go to such lengths to look nice.
and many bussiness men are beginning to take better care of how they look. its more for work reasons than personal ones. most male salons have private rooms because they find that if they ask men if they want a manicure, pedicure, waxing (especially of embarassing places) or other appearance treatments they will say no in front of others but not when its only them and the employees.
