without a bra i feel self consious with my protruding nipples.i wear 36B i want 2 try breast petals. any tips?

Wear a bra becuase breast petals can be so itchy and a pain in the bum (i had them for a formal dress),with the size your chest is you have a bra might be better because it has support so there's not as much 'bounce' and the nipples aren't an issue

I'm a 32B and I ALWAYS wear a bra!
I get so embaressed when my nipples are popping out of my shirt so to keep that from happening I wear a slightly padded bra. They have nice ones at Victoria's Secret that are called Ipex and they are barely padded, super comfortable and camouflage the nipples!

Wear a bra that has a lining or slight padding. No unlined knits or unlined lace.
If you are a B cup, you should wear a bra most of the time. Find a good one in any large department store, or Victoria's Secret.

I have the same problem wear a bra they have different types so you can wear sleeveless shirts or dresses tank tops and spaghetti straps

or wear a shirt with a built in bra for when your lazying around

I'm a 36D and unless I'm working I don't wear a bra.. They are too uncomfortable
