i have some minor debt totaling around 6 pr 7 thousand, and im looking to combind all them and pay one low monthly fee to get them off my back, and not get ripped off.

DO NOT DO THE CCC.
This will appear on your credit report, and most lenders consider it as a 'professional' bankruptcy.

It is better to speak to a lender not a CCC

look you don't need to go this route -- why rob peter to pay paul == just downsize your life style a little and thrown the extra money at the one with the highest interest and pay off the minimum balance on the others till you get the debt paid off = go a cash pay plan -- if you have to reach in your wallet to take a ten out to buy a case of coker you might just opt for water!!!
