Well cauliflower is actually a family of broccoli so it's only logical that it'll look like it.

any fresh veggie is healthy but keep in mind as soon as the veggie is cut it starts to lose its nutrients. i always buy fresh cut produce because i love the taste but sometimes buying it frozen can be even better for you because many companies freeze the veggies just hours after they are cut preserving all the good stuff in them. When you buy it fresh you never know how long its been sitting around by the time you buy it. You only need to think twice if you are buying canned veggies which dont taste good, have lost many nutrients, and usually have tons of added sodium to it. Hope this helps.

Close. I'm usually reminded of my days in the Philippine jungles where monkey brains were considered a delicacy
