What is better...
1. Stick to doing something even though you dont like it, but need it
2. Take a risk and leave it but that's what you really want to do
----
I ask this to see, because at work, I dont know if I am treated nicely and I feel uncomfortable working where I work, so is it true that human character develops when you stick to things you dont like...
or should we live by the principle of being true to our selves and leave what we dont like, assuming we cant change the circumstances?

I left a part-time job simply because I wasn't being treated nicely anymore. The new manager was an ***. She had favourites, and frankly, I wasn't being PAID enough to deal with that everyday. Everytime I told her I couldn't work certain days, she would book me in like 10 hour shifts.
Enough is enough. Like me, at first it was enjoyable, unfortunately people like that have to ruin it for others. Leave, you'll not only be happier, you'll have other opportunities. Good luck!

From the looks of is would depend on more factors then what you give us.
For instance if it's a job that you and your family depend on then you should wait a while longer or at least long enough to save some cash like the amount where you could not really work for like a month or so. That's just so you don't end up messing things up that bad. And with that sort of money you can really think of what you should do weather that would be go to school or do whatever venture you would like to do.
That seems to be the only thing that I can think of with the little bit of information that you have provided here. The other the thing that comes to mind is that when people leave a job it's like they were gone long before they ever left.

Good question. The 'true to self' concept is a little worrisome because fidelity is an integral part of human social existence, self consciousness. I can not think of single instance or example that a person never had to endure unpleasant duties or conditions for their loyalty. But now in this age in humanity loyalty to self has become as an equivalent value, almost a superior value in free enterprise ideology, that serving self serves everyone else in competition. Keep in mind that fidelity to that idea is essential to your personal survival and that any opinion contrary to competition is suspect or judged as flawed. Either way you are serving your self are you not (choice one and two)?
The Will is positive the judgment is negative.

I think the reasonable think to be doing is to try and hang on but meanwhile search for another Job. Once you find it, then leave immedietly even if the salary is less.
Never leave your current job without having an alternative.
Wish you all the best.

You just have to weigh the pros and cons. If you can't see your current job improving, why waste more of your life being miserable? Find a better job first, then quit.

I chose number 2 and regretted it, I should have stayed and toughed it out. It would have made me stronger and it would have guaranteed a very good pension for me.

Please try to reduce your risk by finding a more suitable job before leaving this one. You already know you are going to be true to yourself and leave.
