haha, I though that only happened to me!!There was nothing i found to get my bub to move for hubby, but just as soon as he'd look away he'd kick!!The baby would kick for me and my other son but thats it. Now that i'm 37wks anyone can see feel kicks, so the only thing i can suggest is wait till he's too big to hide!! or maybe you could drink something sweet to get him moving. anyways, congrats and good luck with your pregnancy.

Theres a couple of things you can try. First try drinking some orange juice and both of you lay down and have him hold your belly for a while, the acid int he orange juice makes the baby move around. If that doesnt work try having him talk to your baby, I know it might seem weird but your baby can hear now and recognize voices to and when my fiance does it to my belly she always start kicking. If that doesnt work you can try playing some music on your belly I do this for my baby all the time and she starts to move around when I play music for her like beethoven. Hope this helps good luck!

The same thing happened to me, i used to just drink a big glass of ice water and then lay on my back and she would be moving like crazy. Maybe just tell him to be real quiet so the baby doesnt know hes there lol.

My baby was doing the same thing, what ended up happening was he would put his hands on there, take them off and then put them back. Doing the same thing over and over until he caught him kicking, It became a game, and now he'll kick for him all the time... Also eating ice makes him more active, so maybe you can try that.

hahaha yeah my husband is getting frustrated with that too and here i am almost 31 weeks pg too!!
my parents were visiting this weekend also and she would stop moving anytime they tried to feel her.
don't talk to let him know, snap your finger or something to get his attention, but babies are lulled by the sound of your voice. my husband also will just sit on the couch with me with his hand on my tummy for a loooong time so he can feel her move, so she gets used to the pressure and heat of his hand there and then she moves.

This happened to my husband ALL the time. Actually once he did feel the baby he thought it was wierd and now doesn't want to do it anymore (he's a great dad, we have three kids--he just finds it very weird to really comprehend that there is a living person in me).

Baby's respond to their father's voices as much as their mother's. Often times the voice of the father has a soothing affect and they will settle down in seconds. That's what was happening with my baby! As soon as my hubby walked up quietly and put his hands on my tummy, he felt it!

i say give it some time, at first it was like that for me and still is at times but, the further u get the more she will move because shes getting bigger, im 36 weeks and boy does my baby move alot..alot more then when i first felt him move, u still have plenty of time. but maybe try having him apply alittle bit of pressure to ur belly that usually worked with me. it puts a dent on his space inside.

Try getting him to stay quiet so she cant hear him, she knows both your voices so when she starts kicking tell him not to say anything and just put his hand on your tummy! hopefully that might work lol! goodluck wif your little one and congrats!
