My daugther will be having a grand debut on her 18th birthday. As a father, I will be her 1st dance. I want a music that is something nostalgic worth remembering. It may be an old music. The lyrics may have some meaning for her, etc.

I love the song "Butterfly Kisses" by Bob Carlisle. I think it would be perfect. It's about a father and a daughter, who is growing up. It sounds like just exactly what you're looking for. Although, at the end of the song the daughter gets married. It's a beautiful song. You tube has the song and video, if you 'd like to hear it. Hope this helps.
