Peyman.
Personally, I think Kasra and Shaya sound more like girl names.
Nader reminds me of the politician Ralph Nader.
Of the remaining choices, I like Peyman better than Habib. it's kind of like the name Peyton, which is one of my favorite boy names. They are very different names. Maybe one goes better with your last name?

Peyman- Reminds me of Pacman
Kasra- Not even sure how to pronounce it
Shaya- Um...Not too sure about it
Nader- Reminds me of Ralph Nater aka BTK who was a serial killer here in Kansas. Not good...
Habib- No...I'd think of a baby bib everytime I read or said that name
I think the best out of those is Shaya
