Find your local courthouse and maybe the federal one too. Then look for bail bonds men in the yellow pages. You will probably want to look into the business licenses from the city and then put together a business plan. Maybe spend a bit of time working for someone else so that you can see their business practices and maybe even be in a position to open another office? After a short time you will know where most of the people who need this kind of service live and work and that may give you insight to where your place of business should be located. I'd recommend you familiarize yourself with some bounty hunters. Learn what they charge and how they operate. Odds are really high you're going to be hiring them if you become a bail bondsman.
