i love the styling of zephyrs and nighthawks (750's) its between a sport bike and a cruiser. Are there any modern (still produced) bikes with the same style?

Honda - 250 Nighthawk
Kawasaki - 125 Eliminator

Suzuki SV650.
Do not mistake it for the SV650S. This one sits more like a sport bike and has a fairing.
This is the only Standard bike available by Japan. Others like Triumph and Aprilla still make them.
Do not be concerned about the 650cc on the SV. Plenty of power. It would easily run with my Nighthawk 750.

Wow, you're precisely the place i became 2 years in the past... I discovered the thank you to journey on a nighthawk 250... I almost offered a ninja 250 (some circumstances, too) ... and that i finished up paying for a used Yamaha FZR six hundred as my first motorbike. The FZ would be by skill of a techniques the main soft motorbike on your length (i'm the comparable length, too!). it could additionally be so lots better off in case you plan on spending a brilliant variety of time on the expressway. The Nighthawk is insanely gentle, and the Ninja 250 is quite not a techniques off in any respect, esp. while in comparison with the Yamaha. i for my area think of the Kawi seems better than the Honda. if you're concerned approximately reliability, greater recent motorcycles will constantly be better. My ninety 8 Yamaha has been super to me for over a 12 months now. do not waste a while with 2-strokes or twin-purpose in case you plan on using on paved streets. The Ninja and Nighthawk could have decrease priced coverage, and could look sturdy too, yet 250cc's are not sufficient for choosing up chicks, yadadimean? If i ought to bypass lower back and alter one element, i might have opted for a gas-injected motorbike for those chilly-morning warming-up-the-motorbike circumstances, rather of carbs. additionally, look on the Suzuki SV650 ... they are sturdy looking, respectable priced, ordinary to journey . . . considered necessary: confirm which you do get some sturdy using equipment, to boot. considered necessary. sturdy success, journey risk-free!

With competition the way it is today, every company clones the most popular models of every other company. Your best bet, check out every dealer in you area (and other cities if nec.) to study what's best to lay your hard earned $$$ down on. Hint: When the salesman starts talking, cover your ears lol.

Regards.
