I drown myself in music. There are alot of songs out there that have helped me figure things out, or at least let me know that I'm not the only person to have ever felt that way.

I fill a balloon with helium and inhale it. Then I go to a fast food restaurant and order enough food for a dozen people. It really freaks them out when they put the high squeaky voice together with my robust physique.

the thing that works for me is to listen to a babies laughter. it doesn't seem to matter how down i get a babies laugh lifts me up, maybe because it is so genuine and real. hope you find the thing that works for you.
