I know that within the major of zoology, there are sub-sciences like mammalogy, ornithology, herpetology, icthyology, entomology, etc. But what are the topics taught in animal science?

I'm trying to find a major that includes the study of animal behavior/animal psychology.

Animal science deals primarily with raising domesticated animals like livestock. Some knowledge of zoology is of course necessary to work in this field. But zoology itself is the study of animals as organisms, whereas animal science deals mainly with animals as economic resources.

Ethology is the study of animal behavior in the wild. ( branch of zoology ) There is also behavioral ecology and sociobiology. Then there is also the social science of comparative psychology.
Now, you can start goggling.
