good idea.. i'm in my early 30's & being able to target questions to people of a specific age-group (or your own age group) would be cool

I am open to more age groups. I am a retired senior citizen and although there are many people out there that think that we don't know much, you would be surprised at the knowledge that we can pass on to the younger people.
We have had much more experience in life issues and can pass on logic, common sense and a bit of intelligence.
On certain answers where my age status would be an asset I will include it.

who is gonna monitor the teens group, so no bad stuff goes on, as it is now, yahoo can't keep up with the violations and reading them before handing them out. i think it is set up this way, to help keep everyone in check, a community is built on all ages, not age groups. they say it takes a community to rear a child. we are hear to keep our eyes open for the kids. if people want such categories, why doesn't someone out there start a web site for this. quit trying to complicate this one. the only real thing wrong on here, is a lot of tense and too serious people.âº

I like that idea, but if we have area's that are adults only we may loose the intellect that YA currently posses... well in some categories.

yes, sometimes you need to have a place for only adults because teens and younger can be so immature
