public library... I never got one from the library but some of the public libraries here hav naruto comics subbed...
on internet, you can read them for free too... sites such as onemanga.com, etc hav almost all chapters of famous mangas for free...

You could spend an afternoon and read some of the mangas at Barnes & Nobles or Borders. Just sit in a quiet corner and read. I also concur about the public library. Some carry mangas and some do not. It's worth a shot!

they are called mangas, and you can read all the mangas you want in barnes and noble.
