It could be a DNS issue to ware your ISP is not resloving that site. Or the site you are trying to visit is down or the server that is hosting it is down. If it is only one site you can not get to I highly doubt it would be a spyware issue. First thing I would try is try to get that site at a freinds or neighbor house that is on a differnt ISP then you are or if they are on the same ISP have them try it for you or you could go to www.megaproxy.com and click on tryit free and see if the stie comes up if it does then it is a pretty good chance its a DNS issue also you could try using a differnt set of DNS I use www.opendns they work great I ran into this issue with some customers of mine and put in the opendns numbers fixed it right up. here is a great set of dns to use 208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220 also one other thing you can try go to start run and tryp in cmd once you have the shell prompt open trype in ipconfig /flushdns hope this helped you out.

First answer said to delete the files and cookies.

Did you delete the also History? Often IE will pickup the site info from the History. If that info is corrupt or has changed and not been updated, you will get this page cannot be displayed or something similar.

Make sure you have updated Virus, Ad/Spy - ware programs installed.

Run them manually as a full scan.

Some Virus, Ad/Spy - ware can interfere with the operation of IE and Explorer.

Download all critical updates for Windows and IE.

Good Luck.

It is possible your IP has been banned by the website's administrator. Or, if you are using a company computer to view the website in question, your IT department may have blocked you from accessing it. If neither of these apply, try using another browser on the PC that is having trouble.

Sounds like you might need to clean your cache. It may have been unavailable and your computer has cached that and keeps bringing it up. Go to tools, internet options and delete files and cookies
