Any waterproof mascara will not smear easily.

You would probably be happy with a waterproof mascara that washes off with soap and water. Maybelline makes a couple of them, and so does Revlon and Avon. They all work really well and don't smear. I like the wash off ones because I don't have to use makeup remover, which irritates my eyes.

You should get the HD Mascara by Bee-Luscious Cosmetics at beeroyalproducts.com. It is the BEST mascara available. It will never clump or smear.

this waterproof stuff from yves rocher. a lil expensive but worth it. lasts a long time on lashes. it comes in a green bottle, kinda seafoamy green with a frosted white cap. looks great. a couple swipes with the wand and a comb and ur good 2 go.
