oh do tell.

Exactly how do you draw the conclusion that we are winning? Read the Op Ed by the 82nd Airborne troopers this weekend? They paint a decidedly different picture.

I thought it was "Stay the Course" and no "Cut n Run"?
No you say Cut n Run is what...good? Winning?

I thought Bush was going to listen to the Generals...except when they want 500k troops (Shinsevki or whoever you spell it) then politics wins.

I thought Petraeus was writing the September Iraq report. Turns out he will only have "input" and the White House will write it. Not only that, the White House has said Petraeus can provide the data but they will draw their own conclusions (and ignore Petraues').

I could go on but why?

So, you declare that the Dems are cowardly "cut and runners," wait a month, cut and run and declare yourself a winner on the way out, and that somehow reflects poorly on the Dems?

They're right, you finally admit it, and then talk about how wrong they were?

Sober up, then come back and post again.

Did you not read the second sentence?

I'll give it to ya', sweetie:

The military has not yet developed a plan for a substantial withdrawal of forces next year.

What, in your opinion, is SOON?

Arming Sunni death squads doesn't seem like much of a "win" to me.
