Both: my lips are red and my hair black... I think it makes a good combo. No?

This depends on your hair colour and skin tone.
If you have black hair you should take the red clothing, if you have blonde hair you should put on the black piece. If you have brown hair then it doesn't matter, both will be compatible with you.
