It's interesting to see Dems shirk off Rudy as being a liberal republican. Clinton reached across the aisle and adopted MANY of the Republican themes as his own --- NAFTA, Welfare Reform, Permanent MFN for China, etc.

Hillary is hated by all but the most fanatical lefties. Even some of them hate her, because she has stepped on so many people, even those who'd been her allies, to get what she wants. And make no mistake, HILLARY WANTS TO BE PRESIDENT. That's all she's about.

Her current attempt to seem tough on national defense will be seen for the phony baloney it is. All of her attempts to appear moderate will be laughed at.

So, yes, I know and understand why Rudy is ahead of Hillary.

I will be president before Hillary will, for she is a thoroughly despicable human being, and when the full national spotlight is on her during the presidential campaign, she will taking a hammering, even though her buds at the New York Times et al will KILL to get her elected.

Oops. I'm not a liberal. Was I allowed to answer?

A pollis a poll. What sturdy might it do for Fox to falsely checklist the outcomes? It does not help their admired candidate, which I accept as true with you is McCain, despite the fact that it would additionally lead them to seem as though they are able to't even do a poll. additionally, possibly the attitude is to scare the Republicans so they develop greater funds or do greater campaigning? One reason polls are not that sturdy, despite the fact that, is that some human beings, like me, won't do a telephone poll. i don't want to motivate "telemarketing-kind" calls, and additionally they ask coaching i don't want to furnish. If i ought to do an cyber web poll, i might do it, yet so a techniques all of the polls i've got been asked to take area in are telephone polls.

I have to think this is another example of head-in-the-sand Republican wishful thinking. Rudy is campaigning as the man who got NY through 9/11, when all he did was show up for photo ops? Is that really enough, does a man just have to look like he is doing things so you think he really is?
New Yorkers know it was Bloomberg who really bore the brunt of the work when it came to 9/11. Rudy was far from a hero, firemen blamed him for their huge losses, over three hundred dead firemen because he wouldn't give them useful communications. Rudy, running on a family values platform is ludicrous, married three times, the last time to a woman who was his mistress(also married three times) while he was married to the mother of his children he threw his family out of the mayoral mansion so he could bring his mistress in. Is that really what they want? And this isn't a big secret, the whole town was talking about his cruelty. Check out any of the newspapers of the time. Clinton got caught with his pants down and it was shameful, this guy throws his mistress in his wife's face in front of their kids and hes a stand up guy???
I know politics is a pursuit of lies and sham, but even for you surely this is too much.
I hope

I hadn't heard that, no. I don't know how much wait to give to such polls this early, though. For one thing, Bush may still drag down his party with his tremendous lack of popularity discouraging repulbicans outside the rabid-right 'base' from even going to the polls, while, Guiliani, with his lack of credentials with that same base, could keep /them/ away.

Also, the Clinton Attack Machine has not yet started gunning for Guiliani. Never underestimate the power of negative campaigning - and remember, that negative-campaigns against Hilary can always be at least partially deflected with accusations of sexism.

Excuse me, but "Polls"? A poll is cited. Funny how you pick the one that fits your own viewpoint. That's known as cherry picking.

If you look, most polls have Clinton ahead, and an average of them all has her just ahead of Rudy.

More telling, is that the polls have Obama handily beating all Republican challengers. Very interesting, indeed.

I will answer your question this way.

Rudy Guiliani's law firm is the one putting together the super highway that will lead from Mexico to Canada.

Rudy Guiliani uses 9/11 as his premise for running. He is all for the North American Union which will lead to the ultimate downfall of the United States Constitution.

Hillary is for socialism. This will lead to the ultimate downfall of the United States Constitution.

So tell me, which is worse?

The worse thing that could happen to Hillary is a socially Liberal Republican goes up against her. It takes away some of her smoke and leaves her with mirrors.

Rudy Giuliani, the man who has profited most from the 9/11 disaster, chickened out when they asked him to run against Hilary in New York.
