If the bridge goes down, I want them to be able to find my lifeless body still in the car, so I can be identified.

Oh gosh NO! We learned from the 35W bridge collapse that many of the folks who escaped serious injury did so because they had their seat belt on. If you are knocked unconcious when you go underwater, you won't survive.
Those guys who drive truck in the Canadian tundra have a totally different survival need!

No, your chance of getting into an accident on land is far greater than you going into the drink,
And if you do hit the water, it's not like seatbelts are complicated things to undo.

but honestly, suspended bridges over water scare the heck out of me...
I can cross one..but I still get scared...
probably because Im not a good swimmer.
It just freaks me out...

I do not, but people who drive trucks across frozen lakes in the North West Terrtories in Canada do incase their truck falls through the ice.
