Fred Thompson is the man for 2008.

I definitely think Romney doesn't get the attention that he ought to be. Rudy is peaking too soon, McCain's campaign imploded, and Thompson will most likely be unable to hold up under intense media scrutiny (everyone wants the 'next Reagan' but Thompson just doesn't fit the mould). Romney has the money, charisma and is starting to show promise in Iowa and New Hampshire. If he can capture those and Nevada or South Carolina, he'll have built all the momentum he needs. I think McCain could potentially bounce back, though it is increasingly unlikely, and Chuck Hagel could be a wildcard if he enters the race (although also unlikely).

Just my 2 cents.

It really doesn't matter, and here's why; Hillary and Barack will divide the party so much that the completely unelectable, ambulance chasing, slime ball attorney, former Senator John Edwards will win the Democratic nomination. Fortunately for the rest of us this will guarantee a Republican sweep in 08.

Edit: Guru you're describing a liberal trait not a conservative or Republican trait. If you want proof just watch how the nut jobs (oops I mean liberals) hang on every word from Rosie, Bill Maher, Michael Moore, Al Franken or any of the other Hollywood elitist idiots.

If Ron Paul wins the primaries... Hillary would have no chance against the good Dr. Anyone who has done any sort of research, always winds up supporting Ron Paul. He doesn't flip-flop like Hillary does either.

Hillary and Obamba are unelectable anyways.
I predict Rudy, Fred or Mitt.

Fred Thompson, not that he's so terrific. It's just that some people have trouble distinguishing television characters from reality. They think that every word uttered from a character's mouth was thought up by the actor. Since Fred's character is such a witty and wise man on Law & Order, there are bound to me people who think that he is The One.
