I was just given a Chilean rose tarantula on Saturday and had no idea that she was about to molt, this evening she was walking around, and I put a cricket in there. Now she is on her back molting and I am worried the cricket will hurt her! I have been keeping an eye out on her, but has anyone else had any experience with this??

If you can't remove the cricket for some reason then just put something in there for it to eat like a small piece of lettuce. It won't harm your tarantula if it has another source of food and moisture.

The cricket won't hurt her, she'll be fine. Crickets really don't have any defense against predators, just running away. Just keep an eye on your tarantula and make sure she completes her molt. She should be just fine.
