We can only: hope, pray, light candles, keep our fingers crossed, say 150 Hail Marys, go to confession, hang on to our "lucky rabbit's foot" (or in Vick's case, dog paw...eww, that was bad..), do good deeds, hang lucky horse shoes and believe in whatever other object, saying or act that works for us, that he spends every bit of those 5 years behind bars. I wish Judge Hudson and I were related or married....

Vick signed a plea bargain. He will get what ever was agreed upon. I can gaurantee it will not be the maximum sentence.

The judge does not have to agree to what the prosecution agreed to - so if they gave in too much the judge could hit him harder. My guess is 18 months.

But if the state of Virginia also applies state charges, he could do more time there.
