after i find the house i want, then what? get a loan? and then make an offer or make an offer and then get a loan? and what after that?? this is my first time

It's a good idea to see what you can afford first and look around in that price range. You can get pre-qualfied for a loan, which takes a lot of hassle out of getting the loan later and possibly losing the house you find.

You can look for a house at the same time as getting qualified.
At least you'll know what you can afford.

Get prequalified for a loan so you know your price range, then look for houses on-line through the various search engines, then MOST Important- get a good Realtor. They can show you houses in your price range, are a wealth of information, and make buying a home a lot easier. Show your Realtor the houses you found and get them to pull the MLS listings, the Realtor can get more information for you and save you time and MONEY.
