alcohol is a sedative so it totally relaxes you and in turn your inhibitions are lowered and confidence is raised. however ! there is a thin line between confidence and obnoxious drunk behaviour so don't overdo it ,

The feeling of been drunk is actually down to lipids (fats) in the brain.

The confident feeling before that is brought about by the chemical processes that occur due to the presence of alcohol in the body. Remember that alcohol is toxic to the body so been clever the body tries to break the alcohol down as soon as possible and hence all those visits to the small room.

Anyway, the brain chemistry is altered and the area of the brain that effects moods like confidence is effected.

It really is a very complex muit-step process that varies from person to person but the basics are the same. The alcohol effect the normal chemical balances in the brain and one of the effects of this is your increased confidence.

Hope this helps..???

It is because the bad chemical goes to your brain and tells it you don't care about 'sh*t'

That is why you get that feeling that the world is your 'pimp boy'.

I suggest you make the most of it and don't let anyone tell you that your delusions are not true.

alcohol dont make you feel confident. first off feelings are chemicals- fear, anxiety, love, hate- with alcohol it messes around with the chemicals. lets say it blocks out your senses from detecting fear because alcohol messes with your senses.

Because it causes impairment of judgment: you simply stop being aware of who you are and what your limitations are. Bad idea, because the rest of the world is still able to see you at your very worst with sober eyes.
