Whether you talk to me or not, remember that the "senses" are actually several different senses often combined by common characteristics or a common sensory system: touch = sense of temperature, pressure, pain, etc.

The Soul the Etheric body is the same as your physical body we have the 5 senses and the Etheric body has the same 5 senses however this is what we use to connect to spiritual beings.

For most of them, you can heighten them by closing your eyes. Take some everyday spices, foods, etc., put them in paper bags and try to identify them by smell. No peaking!

For hearing, close your eyes and try to hear everything you can.

For taste, concentrate on the smell and flavors of the food.

Touch, well, close your eyes again and explore with your fingers.

Sight? It may be hard to improve eyesight, but you can learn how to better spot items. Go to a park and try to "see" how much you can. Have someone place various items in a cluttered room and try to find them.
